SiteLog Pro Sends transactional field-service SMS messages for team invitations, technician ETA updates, and service-status notifications. SMS messages are sent only after the recipient has consented to receive the relevantr SiteLog Pro message.
For existing clients, the phone number is stored with the service project after the client provides it during booking, estimating, or scheduling. This screen shows the required send-time consent attestation before an ETA or dispatch-status message can be sent. The checkbox is unchecked by default, and the disclosure includes message and data rates and STOP opt-out language.
The recipient’s phone number and SMS consent attestation are collected together in the SiteLog Pro Team Invite form. Before a team invitation can be sent by SMS, the owner or administrator must confirm that the recipient consented to receive the SiteLog Pro invitation.
