Minimum Wage Studios LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy.

This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit the SiteLog Pro mobile application (the "Services"), and when you interact with our related websites, customer support, and other services that link to this policy (collectively, the “Services”) and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

 

The Services are intended for use in the United States, and we do not offer the Services for use outside the United States at this time. This policy does not apply to information collected by any third party (including through any third party content, integrations, or services that may link to, integrate with, or be accessible from the Services). Please review any third party’s privacy policy before providing information to them.

1. Information We Collect About You

We collect several types of information from and about users of our Services, including information you provide directly, information collected automatically when you use the Services, and information we receive from service providers.

A. Personal Information

Information by which you may be personally identified, such as:

Identity Data: Name, username, or similar identifier.

Contact Data: Email address, telephone number, and business address.

Transaction Data: Details about purchases, subscriptions, invoices, payments, payouts, refunds, chargebacks, and related transaction activity (such as amount, date, time, currency, and status). If you use payment features, we may also collect or receive business information, connected account information, payout details, bank account information, and verification information needed to enable payment processing and payouts through Stripe or other payment service providers. Payments are processed by third party payment processors. We do not store your full payment card number or card verification value, but we may receive and store limited payment related information from our processors and transaction confirmations.

B. User Content (Your Data)

Information that you upload, input, or record into the Services, such as construction site logs, project notes, photos of job sites, and team assignments ("User Content"). User Content may include information about third parties (such as coworkers, subcontractors, or client contacts) if you choose to include it in your logs, notes, or uploads.

C. Device, Network, Location, and Usage Data

Information collected automatically when you download, access, and use the Services:

Usage

Data: Information about how you use the Services, such as the features you use, pages or screens you view, interactions, timestamps, referral information, and other usage statistics.

Device Data: Information about your device and connection, such as device type, operating system, app version, device identifiers, crash reports, performance data, and similar diagnostic information.

IP Address Handling and Generalized Location: We may process network information to help provide, secure, and troubleshoot the Services. We do not store raw IP addresses in an identifiable form. Where we use IP based information, it is converted into a generalized location (for example, city and state) and used for operational, security, and analytics purposes.

 

Precise Location (if enabled): If you enable device location features, we may collect precise geolocation information to tag logs or support location based functionality. You can disable precise location collection through your device settings, but some features may not function properly.

D. Information We Receive From Others


We may receive information from third parties in connection with providing the Services, such as:

App Stores and Platforms: Information related to downloads, subscriptions, and refunds.

Payment Processors: Onboarding information, payment status, payout status, transaction confirmations, dispute information, and limited account or verification information from Stripe or other payment service providers.

Service Providers: Operational, security, and performance information from vendors that help us provide the Services (for example, hosting, storage, authentication, analytics, crash reporting, and customer support tools).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use information we collect for the following purposes:

Provide and operate the Services: Create and manage accounts, authenticate users, process transactions, provide core functionality, and deliver requested features.

Payment processing and payouts: Facilitate invoicing, connected account onboarding, payment collection, payouts, fraud prevention, dispute management, and related support for payment features.

Customer support and communications: Respond to

inquiries, provide support, send service messages (such as confirmations, billing notices, technical notices, updates, and security alerts), and troubleshoot issues.

Improve and develop the Services: Monitor performance, debug, conduct analytics, test, and develop new features and functionality.

Security and integrity: Detect, prevent, investigate, and respond to fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and security incidents and enforce our terms and policies.

Legal and compliance: Comply with applicable law and legal process, respond to lawful requests, and protect our rights, property, and safety and the rights, property, and safety of others.

Marketing (if applicable): Send information about our products and services. You can opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us.

3. Disclosure and Sharing of Information

We may disclose information we collect in the following circumstances:

A. Service Providers

We may disclose information to vendors and service providers that perform services for us, such as cloud hosting, data storage, authentication, analytics, crash reporting, payment processing and payout services (including Stripe), communications and messaging delivery providers, customer support tools, and security services. These providers are required by contract to protect information and to use it only for the purposes we specify.

B. Business Transfers

We may disclose information in connection with a corporate transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, dissolution, or sale of some or all of our business or assets.

C. Legal Requirements and Protection

We may disclose information to comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to lawful government or regulatory requests, and when we believe disclosure is necessary to enforce our agreements, protect our rights, investigate fraud or security issues, or protect the safety of any person.

D. Aggregated and Deidentified Data


We may create aggregated or deidentified data from information we collect, including User Content and usage data, so that it can no longer reasonably be used to identify you or your device (“Aggregated Data”). We may use Aggregated Data for any lawful purpose, including analyzing industry trends, creating benchmarks, improving our products, and internal analytics. We may also disclose Aggregated Data to third parties. We will maintain and use Aggregated Data in deidentified form and will not attempt to reidentify it except as permitted by law.

E. With Your Direction


We may disclose information when you direct us to do so, such as when you choose to share User Content with other users or third party integrations.

F. SMS and Mobile Data Exclusion

Notwithstanding any other provision in this Privacy Policy, mobile information, telephone numbers, and SMS opt in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. This does not prohibit sharing such information with service providers that assist us in delivering the Services or messaging functionality, provided they use such information solely to provide those services to us and not for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

 

4. Services Permissions

Depending on your device system, the Services may request certain permissions to function properly. You can manage these permissions in your device settings.

Camera/Photos: Used to attach photos to site logs.

Location: Used to tag logs with geolocation data.

Notifications: Used to send alerts regarding project updates or subscription status.

 

If you do not grant certain permissions, some features of the Services may not function as intended.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services and for legitimate business purposes, such as maintaining business records, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and preventing fraud and abuse.

If you delete your account, we may retain your Personal Data for a commercially reasonable time for backup, archival, or audit purposes. Note: As stated in the EULA, we retain perpetual ownership of any Aggregated Data created prior to your account deletion.

 

If you delete your account, we will delete or deidentify your personal information within a commercially reasonable time, subject to our legitimate business needs and legal requirements. We may retain certain information for backup, archival, audit, and security purposes for a limited period. We may retain Aggregated Data created prior to account deletion as described above.

6. Data Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

 

7. Children

Our Services are not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on this Services.

 

The Services are not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

8. Your State Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, state consumer privacy laws may provide you with certain rights regarding your personal information.

 These rights may include the right to:

  • Access or confirm whether we process your personal information and obtain a copy.

  • Correct inaccuracies in your personal information.

  • Delete personal information.

  • Obtain a copy of certain personal information in a portable format.

  • Opt out of certain processing, such as targeted advertising, sale of personal information, and profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects, where applicable under law.

How to exercise rights. You may submit a request by emailing us at legal@minimumwagestudios.io. Please include your name, the email associated with your account, your state of residence, and the request you are making.

Verification. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before responding. If we cannot verify your identity, we may deny the request. If you have an account, we may verify requests through your account or by requesting additional information.

Authorized agent. Where permitted by law, you may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. We may require proof of the agent’s authority and verification of your identity.

Appeals (Texas and certain other states). If we deny your request, you may appeal our decision by emailing legal@minimumwagestudios.io with the subject line “Privacy Appeal.” We will respond to appeals within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Global Privacy Control. Some browsers and devices allow you to send a Global Privacy Control signal. Where required by applicable law, we will treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of sale of personal information and sharing of personal information for cross context behavioral advertising.

California residents. If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended may provide you additional rights. We do not sell personal information. We also do not share personal information for cross context behavioral advertising. You may request access to or deletion of your personal information and, where applicable, request correction.

 

Texas residents. If you are a Texas resident, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act may provide you additional rights, including access, correction, deletion, and data portability, and the right to opt out of targeted advertising and certain other processing where applicable.

 

9. Changes to Our Privacy Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy and update the “Last Updated” date above. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by email, through the Services, or as otherwise required by law.
