Account Deletion

Delete or Request Deletion of Your SiteLog Pro Account
SiteLog Pro provides an in-app account deletion request flow and an email-based request path. You can use either option to request deletion or anonymization of your SiteLog Pro account data.
Important: The in-app flow currently submits an account deletion/anonymization request. Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, payment processing, backup, or legitimate business reasons.
Option 1: Request deletion in the app
Open the SiteLog Pro app and sign in.
Go to Settings.
Select Delete Account.
Review the confirmation message.
Confirm the request.
After you confirm, SiteLog Pro processes the in-app deletion request and signs you out of the app.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email support@sitelogpro.com from the email address associated with your SiteLog Pro account.
Please include:
Your full name.
The email address on the account.
Your company or organization name, if applicable.
A short statement that you are requesting deletion of your SiteLog Pro account.
We may ask for additional information to verify account ownership before processing the request.
What is deleted or anonymized
Based on the current in-app account deletion request workflow, SiteLog Pro anonymizes selected profile identifiers and account metadata, including:
Replacing the profile name with a deleted-user label.
Replacing the profile email address with an anonymized SiteLog Pro deletion placeholder.
Removing the profile phone number.
Removing stored headquarters latitude and longitude values.
Removing the Stripe Connect identifier stored on the profile.
Removing IP address and user-agent metadata from audit-log metadata associated with the user.
What may be retained and why
Some information may be retained where needed for legal, security, tax, accounting, dispute-resolution, fraud-prevention, operational, backup, or legitimate business reasons. This may include:
Records required for invoices, payments, refunds, tax, chargeback, or accounting compliance.
Project, log, estimate, report, photo, signature, team, client, or audit records that must be retained for business records, customer instructions, legal obligations, or security investigations.
Payment processor records managed by providers such as Stripe, Apple, Google, or RevenueCat, subject to their own retention obligations and account controls.
Backups and logs that are retained for a limited period before scheduled deletion or rotation.
Records that are already anonymized or no longer reasonably associated with an identifiable user.
Where we retain information, we aim to limit it to what is necessary for the purpose of retention.
Processing timeline
Deletion and anonymization requests are generally reviewed and processed within 30 days, unless additional verification is required or a longer period is permitted or required by law.
If your account is part of a company, team, or organization workspace, some records may need to remain available to the organization or its administrators according to contract, legal, safety, audit, or business-record requirements.
Subscriptions and billing
Deleting or requesting deletion of your SiteLog Pro account does not automatically cancel subscriptions or payment obligations managed by Apple, Google, Stripe, RevenueCat, or another payment provider.
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, you may need to manage or cancel your subscription directly through your Apple or Google account.
If your account is part of a company, team, Enterprise workspace, Stripe Connect setup, quote payment, invoice payment, or client-payment workflow, some billing and payment records may be retained where required for tax, accounting, legal, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or payment-processing purposes.
